A survival-horror game, Resident Evil Village is available on the PC. Including all the spin-offs and remakes, this is the ninth major entry in the series and the 26th overall, making Resident Evil one of the most prolific franchises ever! Some people refer to Resident Evil Village as Resident Evil 8: Village, and the game’s creators realized they could use the roman numerals for eight VIII instead of the Vill of Villagers to create a riddle inside the title. Information about the game
Because it’s a first-person shooter, six players may join in on the fun if they so want. A few years have passed since Resident Evil Seven, and Ethan Winters and his wife Mia, both from RE7, are back as the game’s protagonists (see the list of important characters, below, for more).
To keep track of his inventory, Ethan uses a virtual ‘briefcase,’ carrying it with him everywhere he goes. He also buys weapons and healing supplies from a merchant named Duke. In contrast to previous games, this one emphasizes exploration and fighting, but the underlying narrative is equally interesting and engaging (not to mention downright frightening at times!).
The environment in VIII is a little more open than in VII, so you have greater freedom to explore and use your character’s abilities.
When Chris shows up out of the blue, it throws Ethan for a loop. Due to circumstances beyond his control, Ethan has no option but to pursue Chris in quest of answers. While tracking Chris through the game’s titular town, Ethan discovers that not everything is as it seems….
Vampires live in the adjacent castle, including an almost three-meter-tall vampire mother with a nest of ravenous children. Strange-looking creatures run out of Ethan’s eyesight whenever he attempts to get a good look at them. You’d think that Ethan’s plate would be full by now, what with giant blue werewolves thrown into the mix, but the worst is yet to come! with reference to the verse bonus
The online game Resident Evil RE: Verse is available to all residents of the Resident Evil Village for no additional cost. Every fan favourite character and locale from the series is included, so you won’t have to worry about dying. Those who die in RE: Verse respawn as bio weapons and may use them to exact vengeance on their assassins.
Except for the fact that it was released with VIII, there is no link between the two in terms of plot.
